Line of Events
When an 8-year-old girl goes missing in Caddo Lake, a series of deaths and disappearances from the past begin, changing the history of a broken family. There is a scene where Anna’s mother says Marshall County then later says Harrison County. Marshall is the county seat of Harrison County, Texas.
I thought it was a beautiful movie!

Ultimately, the story wraps up nicely and doesn’t leave large parts open or unanswered
It starts off slow, but the story builds nicely and the writers made some smart decisions. At one point I made some wild guesses as to where the story was going. And even though I was wrong, the movie immediately answered the things that had me guessing.

The acting is mostly great and the special effects were good. The music didn’t leave a lasting effect, but it worked well. Looking for something else to add to your playlist?
