- When do games need to be completed by?
Last day for makeup games or for games to be entered into the website:
July 2 for 3/4 and 7/8 baseball, 5/6 softball
July 8 for 3/4 and 7/8 softball, 5/6 baseball
Please note: that any games either NOT played or where a score is NOT entered into the system by midnight of the days listed above will result in a tie. This is regardless if the game was played or not. Winning coaches MUST enter the games into the system and confirm they are successfully entered in. No exceptions.

- What does it take to Qualify for the Year End Tournament?
For both Baseball and Softball: For All Grade Levels - Top 4 Teams from Each Division Make the Playoffs
- What are the tie brakers for the Year End Tournament?
Tie breaker for seeding teams with same win/loss record.
(1) Head-to-head
(2) Winning %
(3) Least runs given up per game (if more that 2 teams have same win/loss record)
(4) Record against higher seeded teams
(5) By flip of a coin
- Who do I have to contact to discuss Roster or Player Issues on other Teams?
Coaches will only have access to their own team roster in the SWCL. If a coach has questions or concerns they need to reach out to Brandon Wallen for Baseball or Tim Hoffman for Softball
